These joists are available in 2.9m and 3.6m but can easily be cut and resized to fit your requirements.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please head to the our Trade Counter located within our warehouse and bring the following:
  • A copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out as proof of purchase.
  • The payment card that you used to pay for this order.
  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the email confirmation and their own valid photo ID. Age restricted products can not be collected by anyone other than the person who placed the order.
We will not release your order without verifying your ID first.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, we're happy for someone else to collect an order on your behalf. Please provide the person collecting your order with your proof of purchase such as an invoice or email confirmation.
