This MDF Cross Grain Primed Wall Panel can add some decorative flair to your home. These boards are made from Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fiberboard  Each plank is 10cm. The moisture-resistant qualities built into this panel makes it perfect for Bathroom and Kitchen fittings and walling. The panels also have multiple commercial uses, including Shop Fittings and Bar Fronts. These panels also come pre-primed, meaning they are ready for painting to create cohesive walls and fittings in any room. These panels are a convenient choice for many homes due to the fact that they have exceptional load-bearing capabilities, along with being easy to clean and maintain. This panel has been cut Cross Grain, meaning the V groove travels along the 4ft measurement of the panel. All MDF products stocked at Merchanting Ltd have the additional benefit of being extremely environmentally friendly, with all wood fibers used in production being responsibly sourced.

The MDF Cross Grain Primed Wall Panel comes in a thickness of 9mm as well as a long grain design, and in addition to the standard sheet sizes, these panels can be cut to a custom size to fit your requirements.

MDF is very heavy and hard to work with it canā??t be stained. It is vulnerable to extreme heat because itā??s made from wax or resin like compounds.

MDF wall panelling is very reliable and versatile compared to other materials, it is more durable and resilient and much denser, which is why MDF is used a lot.

Drywall isnā??t super strong itā??s not good to have too much pressure on it but MDF can be glued to drywall you can use construction adhesive.

The MDF wall panelling only comes in 9mm thickness because that is the best option to use it sits on the wall well and doesnā??t stick out to far from the wall.
