Marine Plywood

As the name suggests, Marine Plywood is heavily used in the marine and boating industry due to its extremely high moisture resistance and durability. The level of moisture resistance in this particular Plywood is unlike any other of its kind, minimising the risk of expansion and rotting. This is further established by the use of Phenolic Resin to seal the glue lines of the wood. The durability of this Plywood comes from the fact that it is designed and manufactured from veneer bonded pieces. The manufacturing process includes being made in accordance with BS 1088, meaning it has a set level of resistance to fungal attack.

Other uses for Marine Plywood include external joinery, shelving and temporary structures.

Our Marine Plywood comes in a variety of thicknesses and sizes. This Plywood can also be cut to your specific needs, just remember to add the Builders Marketplace Cutting Service to your purchase.
