Description

Birch Plywood (24mm)| WBP Birch Plywood Sheets - Product Video

We avail birch plywood sheets 24 mm in thickness, which are designed to offer smooth glide of the woodcutters and saws. These building material supplies are suitable for many wall paneling and furniture projects due to the robust thickness of the sheets. Our quality products are also ideal for joinery projects. We sand both sides of the birch plywood sheet to offer a clean-cut finish and appear attractive with any finishing. All the birch veneers are alternatively glued in different directions to offer high durability. The BB grading ensures there is no imperfection with the product we deliver. You can request to customize them and expect precise cutting from us.

Grading Information:

BB/BB Grade: BB Grade boards are the smoother form of Plywood, they are graded to allow fewer patches, knots and imperfections, this makes them appropriate for furniture work on both sides of the board. These board are suitable for all general work, including CNC Machining.

BB/CP Grade: BB/CP Grade boards differ from the BB Grade in the fact that they allow for more patches, knots and imperfections, due to the fact that one side of the board is the smoother BB Grade, while the other is CP Grade. This means that this type of board is more suitable for furniture in a project where one side of the board is of importance, prioritising the BB Grade side for the outward facing side of a project. Suitable also for most general work including CNC Machining.
